Go through the portal in the cave to enter the underground labyrinth.Ĭontinue through to the central chamber - the Confluence. Don't go across the bridge, but drop off the right-hand side to find a path leading down into a cave. Jump across the gaps until the first arena is reached, and instead of going straight toward the Oracle and observatory building, hug the left wall to find a bridge leading off to the side. You'll eventually wind up at the Spine of Keres, where the Oracle is located. In order to reach the Confluence, and find the Shattered Throne, start at the Divalian Mists fast travel point, then follow the canyon forward and then left through the blue crystal cave. The Confluence is the center hub of those tunnels, which houses a massive portal on maximum curse week that just looks like someone lost a fight a slime monster the rest of the time. Getting to the Shattered Throne requires players to navigate the interconnecting maze of tunnels that can be found under the Dreaming City. While accessing the area isn't plainly obvious at first glance, a little bit of exploration will get Guardians there and let them start plowing through the content to get their hands on its loot. This high-level end-game area tests Guardians' mettle and rewards the triumphant with powerful gear. This powerful weapon allows you to see through walls and penetrate multiple enemies at once.Of all the new features Bungie has added to Destiny 2: Forsaken, one of the absolute coolest is the Shattered Throne. Those who are able to participate in this dungeon get to solve puzzles and fight high-level bosses that reward powerful loot and a quest for the Wish-Ender exotic bow. The next active time the dungeon will become available is October 16, and then November 6, 2018. That should give you some time to Power up and prepare to explore its depths. If you are not quite ready yet, don’t worry, the Shattered Throne will return when the curse cycle is at its worst again in three weeks. It’s an endgame activity that puts your most powerful gear and skills to the test. You still have until the reset to give it a try. In order to access the Shattered Throne players will have to reach power level 590, with Forsaken having brought the maximum power level to 600.
In-game, this is due to the curse on the Dreaming City locking Guardian’s out. Bungie has detailed that the new Shattered Throne dungeon that was introduced in Destiny 2: Forsaken will only be available during every third week.
